  • Payment must be made through the methods provided on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Access to subscription content is granted only to the account holder. Sharing login credentials or content with others is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account dashboard.
  • If canceled, access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

13. Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you and your little ones enjoy Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a refund of 50% of the purchase price.

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team from the Contact Page within 10 days of your purchase. We value your feedback and aim to improve our offerings continually.

Please note that this policy applies to digital purchases only and is limited to one refund request per customer.
