Kitty Jones writes, choreographs, produces and performs all of her material for Kit’s Interactive Theatre. She has been developing her original style of interactive theatre since 1987 and has combined her passion for history and love of theatre to create 17 different high-energy shows.

She brings 4,000 years of history to life for audiences by involving them in performances that feature improvisation, dance, music and a great deal of humor. Her programs explore a diverse range of subjects from ancient Egypt to Mother Nature, and she performs more than 275 shows each year throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Kitty has appeared in films, on television and in New York. She studied at Webber Douglas Academy for Dramtic Art in London and Circle in the Square in New York.  After completing her acting degree at Emerson College, she continued her graduate work at The New Actors Workshop www.newactorsworkshop.com in NYC. There she studied with the late Mike Nichols, Paul Sills and George Morrison.  Roles include Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Dromio of Ephesus in A Comedy of Errors and Mistress Ford in The Merry Wives of Windsor. She won Best Supporting Actress for her roles as Mayella Ewell in To Kill A Mockingbird and Hanna in A Shayna Maidel at the Delaware Theatre Company. Kitty has appeared at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts - Philadelphia, The Adirondack Center for the Arts - Blue Mountain, NY, The Randolph County Arts Center - Elkins, WV, the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Longwood Gardens.

When not on stage, Kitty is found blissfully digging in her garden, happily teeing up her next drive or focusing on her ujjayi breath in yoga.  She is exceptionally grateful for having Terry by her side.  Life is good.  Very good.
